I live and work in west London, where I have been the Head of Maths at Latymer Upper School since 2005. Before that I taught maths at Westminster School, St Mary's School, Ascot and as a VSO volunteer in rural Zimbabwe.

I am passionate about maths, teaching maths and developing resources that are accessible, challenging and promote a deep understanding of the concepts underpinning them. I love using technology to complement my teaching - Desmos, Geogebra and Colaboratory are key to my delivery across topics. You will find links to some of the resources I have written and used on this site.

My other interests include cryptic crosswords, photography, birding, travel (favourite destinations: sub-Saharan Africa, west coast of Scotland...) and music (one of my best lockdown projects was setting up an online meet to listen to and discuss classic albums)
